Return Policy
All of our products are considered final sale with the exception of damaged or incorrect items. For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all product information and utilize the sizing guides available on the site before ordering.
Damaged/Incorrect Products:
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at owner@mycountrytisoftheeshop.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Please include your name, order number, and a picture of the item(s) you received. Once verified, you will be eligible for a replacement.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Because you are not responsible for receiving a damaged or wrong item, we will issue a coupon to be used on a future purchase. We don't want you to go away unhappy. We'd love your repeat business and are willing to show it with a great discount. We'll process your request quickly. All replacements will be for the same product and size. Shipping costs for the replacement will be at our cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
1) Unused, unworn, with original tags
2) In the original packaging.
If more than 14 days have elapsed since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement of any kind.
